(PORTLAND, OR) – Fairway America, LLC, a national leader in middle market real estate private equity created a Co-Manager partnership with Rycore Capital to acquire an off-market ~58,000 square foot multi-tenant medical office property in Bellaire, Texas. The acquisition is scheduled to close in late March 2021 and represents the first investment as Co-Managers between Fairway and Rycore.
As Co-Managers, Rycore Capital will oversee the execution of the business strategy for the asset, while Fairway America will provide capital market services, along with ongoing asset management, investor relations, and investor reporting. Verivest, a subsidiary of Fairway, will provide ongoing accounting, financial reporting, and tax services.
