Fairway America Fund VI, LLC

Fairway America Fund VI was launched in the second quarter of 2013. Its investment strategy is to originate and/or acquire small balance real estate (SBRE) secured loans and, to a lesser degree, invest in direct real estate ownership. Fairway has long and deep experience in the private mortgage loan space.Fund VI focuses on this SBRE based asset type through both new origination and acquisition of existing (new and seasoned) real estate secured debt.

Leveraging the relationships that Fairway has created and maintains through its nationwide fund advisory and administration practices, Fund VI continues to gain access to quality deal flow on a frequent and ongoing basis to provide quality investment opportunities.
