Capital Raising

In addition to structuring and creating your Fund, for select originators and Funds in which we become a principal of the Manager of that Fund, we will take the lead in the area of raising capital for that Fund. Over the last 20 years, we have raised in excess of $200,000,000 in equity for our real estate trust deed investments, LLCs, and/or proprietary Funds. We have also successfully arranged and managed debt in order to leverage a number of these Funds (for the purposes of reducing necessary equity and increasing returns) including a $50,000,000 credit facility with one of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. We bring great experience and depth to your capital raising efforts and have access to a broad network of investors. For clients whose structure, offering and deal underwriting criteria meet our qualifications, we provide:

  • Ongoing updated investor presentation(s) and materials
  • Direct capital raising on behalf of the Fund
  • Training, guidance and support on effective presenting
  • Strategies for ongoing capital raising
  • Updates and revisions to offering documents as needed

As a non-broker/dealer, we are required to be a principal of the issuer in order for us to actively raise money for any Fund.
